By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These terms cover this marketing website only. Our products and services — such as Unison — and any custom work are governed by their own agreements and terms.

1. Information on this website

We try to keep the content accurate and current, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the website is an offer, a quote or professional advice. Project descriptions and screenshots show work we have delivered; features and availability can change.

2. Live status information

The status section shows automated checks of the public addresses of our projects, recorded from our server at intervals of about five minutes. It is a convenience, not a guarantee or service-level commitment, and it may be delayed or briefly inaccurate.

3. Intellectual property

The Pulsar name, logo, website design, text and code are owned by or licensed to Pulsar Digital Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Unison is our product. Names, logos and screenshots of client projects belong to the respective clients and are shown with their projects for portfolio purposes. You may view and share links to the website, but may not copy, republish or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website unlawfully, or to send spam, malware or abusive messages through the contact form;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website, our server or the monitored projects;
• use automated tools to scrape the website or overload it.

We may block access or report abuse where we believe these terms are being broken.

5. Contacting us

Messages sent through the contact form, WhatsApp or email are handled under our privacy policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between you and Pulsar.

6. Third-party links

The website links to sites we do not control (for example client sites, WhatsApp and the Information Regulator). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.
